Mission Involvement

Eagle Heights

Eagle Heights Baptist church is a mission of FBC Bentonville. Pastor, Sam Moore, has probably knocked on more doors than anybody in Northwest Arkansas, telling people about the Love of Jesus Christ. Eagle Heights recently opened the doors to their new facility at 3801 SW Edenbrook Street in Bentonville.

Youth Summer Mission Outreach

The student ministry of FBC Bentonville participates in mission trips to support new church plants in large metropolitan areas every summer. Students have participated by placing magazines, holding sports camps, block parties, and by doing maintenance work on buildings and homes.

Mission Teams

Every summer we have several opportunities for participating in short term mission trips.  The Lord has called our people to such far away places as Romania, China, Bosnia, Ukraine, Indonesia and Africa.

Mission Offerings

First Baptist Church of Bentonville participates in the Lottie Moon Christmas offering for the International Mission Board, the Dixie Jackson offering for the State Mission Board, the Annie Armstrong Easter offering and many special projects.

Community Mission

Each Christmas we look forward to the annual Christmas Store toy giveaway for needy families in our community.  Over 400 families are invited to choose gifts for their children, to receive Bibles and to hear the gospel.

Each August we gather clothing for children and adults for the annual Clothing giveaway.  Many children and families are able to choose clothing for free as they prepare for the school year.

Monthly Benevolence offerings are gathered to distribute to people within the community who are struggling to make ends meet.  We try to help with utility bills and living expenses to those who come and seek our assistance.

Our main focus in these community events is to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people in our community.
